Living room set of 4, Łódzkie Fabryki Mebli, Poland, 1975

Description

A set of three armchairs and a coffee table, manufactured by Łódź Furniture Factories on May 1, 1975. The armchairs’ structure is made of plywood and wood, with armrests suspended on metal elements and crafted from natural leather, true to the original design. During renovation, the set received new filling and upholstery, now in a beige structural fabric. The table combines a plywood and wood frame with a glass top. A hallmark of 1970s design is the influence of geometric shapes, clearly evident in this project.
