Description

A pair of GFM-87, Type 300-203 armchairs, designed by Juliusz Kędziorek, manufactured at the Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli (GFM) Poland, 1960s.
This is an example of solid carpentry construction, made possible by the factory’s advanced machinery.
The frames of the armchairs are made of solid beech wood.
Cigar-shaped legs and massive, precisely made armrests are the distinguishing features of the GFM-87 model.
The seats with a narrow piping running along the edge are upholstered white bouclé type of fabric.
