Chair produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1970s.
This armchair features a frame made of bent metal rod, complemented by long armrests crafted from maple wood. The chair has undergone restoration, with the metal frame being powder-coated in black, the seat padding replaced with new materials, new upholstery is beige boucle fabric.
During the the 20th century, the use of bent rods or pipes metal in furniture design became increasingly popular, as it allowed for innovative shapes and lightweight structures.
